Ariana Grande is reacting to becoming a Golden Globe nominee for her work as Glinda in Wicked!
The 31-year-old actress and singer was nominated in the Best Supporting Actress category. Cynthia Erivo, who portrays Elphaba, was nominated in the Leading Actress category as well! See the full nominations list here.

She wrote on Instagram Story, “oh my goodness oh my goodness i am floored and honored to be recognized by members of the Golden Globes. crying (of course)… It’s impossible to find my words, but I am simply, so deeply grateful for this acknowledgement. And congratulations to my brilliant, dear sister Cynthia Erivo and all of our Ozian family on this celebration of our work. I can’t possibly express my gratitution.” If you don’t know, “gratitution” is slang for “gratitude” in the Oz world!
There was a major Wicked snub from the Golden Globes nominations list, though.
