Belarus, Russia's Irkutsk Oblast outline new cooperation prospects

Belarus and Russia's Irkutsk Oblast have outlined new prospects for cooperation, Chairman of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee Piotr Parkhomchik said following the 9th meeting of the working group on cooperation between Belarus and Irkutsk Oblast.
