Taiwan’s ruling DPP retreats from endorsing South Korea’s martial law

The Democratic Progressive Party in a Facebook post compared the situation in Taiwan to that in South Korea and referred to the opposition Kuomintang and the Taiwan People’s Party as “dark evil forces” against which “Team Taiwan” had been fighting.
