Film and TV workers face mental health crisis in Finland
A new survey by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health reveals that nearly two out of three people working in Finland's film and TV industry experience psychological symptoms. This figure is three times higher than the average for the Finnish working-age population. Conducted as part of the Avaus Sustainability Project, the survey gathered over 600 responses from industry professionals and sheds light on the serious well-being challenges faced by those in independent production companies.
