The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) launched e-adjudication and e-consultation platforms to simplify legal processes and improve the business environment. These platforms, along with the decriminalization of certain offenses and amendments to the Competition Act, aim to attract investment and support businesses, particularly MSMEs, in India.
