Blackstone has acquired nearly 5 million sq ft of warehousing assets from LOGOS India for over Rs 1,725 crore, becoming India's largest logistics asset owner with 55 million sq ft. The deal involved three operational assets in Chennai and Haryana, leased to tenants across various sectors.
