The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has urged the Supreme Court to transfer 24 writ petitions related to alleged anti-competitive practices by Amazon and Flipkart to a single High Court, preferably Delhi High Court, to expedite hearings and avoid conflicting rulings. The Supreme Court has agreed to list the matter early, with a likely hearing on Friday.
