Three Troy men charged with selling fentanyl, cocaine

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of three men from Troy following a longstanding drug investigation. David Arrington, 58, Benjamin Jackson, 26, and Elijah Brewington, 32, all face felony charges.

Arrington, Jackson, and Brewington are accused of distributing and selling fentanyl and cocaine in Lansingburgh. The three were taken into custody on indictment warrants after a four-month investigation stemming from multiple complaints and tips from residents in the area.

Arrington, Jackson, and Brewington were all charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, with Jackson being charged with two counts of the offense. The men were remanded to the Rensselaer County Jail and are scheduled to return to court at future dates.
