India's top leaders, including Prime Minister Modi, gathered at Parliament to commemorate the 23rd anniversary of the 2001 terror attack. They paid tribute to the eleven security personnel and staff who lost their lives defending the Parliament from Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists.
