Hilary Duff Supports BFF at 'Cult of Love' on Broadway, Attends Opening Night With Son Luca
Hilary Duff had a mother-son date night her oldest child Luca at the Cult of Love opening night on Thursday (December 12) at Hayes Theater in New York City.
The 37-year-old actress returned to the city, where she previously lived part-time while filming her show Younger.
Speaking of, Hilary attended the Broadway show’s opening night to support her best friend and Younger co-star Molly Bernard, who makes her Broadway debut in the new play!
Also among the cast of the show is Christopher Lowell, who co-starred with Hilary in Hulu’s How I Met Your Father!
In Cult of Love, “The four adult children return to their childhood home with partners in tow. The Dahl traditions include singing carols in harmony at the drop of a hat, but the gathering is anything but harmonious. Old conflicts resurface, new issues battled, and dinner is taking absolutely forever to be served. Will the love the Dahls have for each other be enough to get them through, or will this be their last Christmas together?”
Shailene Woodley, Zachary Quinto, Rebecca Henderson and Barbie Ferreira also star in the play, which was written by The Acolyte creator Leslye Headland.
Luca, 12, is Hilary‘s only son, from her first marriage with former hockey player Mike Comrie. She is also mom to three daughters – Banks, 6, Mae, 3, and Townes, seven months – with husband Matthew Koma.
