Bengaluru police have filed a case against Ozone Urbana Infra Developers and several banks for allegedly defrauding homebuyers of Rs 3,300 crore. The developers are accused of misusing funds meant for a township project, leaving it only 49% complete after a decade. Buyers allege they were left with unfinished homes and mounting debts, while financial institutions are accused of complicity.
