The Enforcement Directorate (ED) returned ₹4,025 crore to JSW, the successful bidder for Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd's assets under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The ED had initially attached these assets under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, following investigations into fraud by the former promoters.
