Bicyclist killed in Queensbury crash identified
QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Warren County Sheriff's Office reported that the bicyclist who was hit and killed in a crash in Queensbury on Thursday night has been identified. Ernest Louisaire, 37, of Ozone Park, was declared dead at the scene.
The preliminary investigation by the sheriff's office determined that Louisaire's bike was hit from behind by a Dodge Caravan around 8 p.m. near the Adirondack and Lake George Outlets on State Route 9. Deputies said that both Louisaire and the Dodge were heading southbound at the time of the collision.
