Fort Edward man charged with raping a minor
FORT EDWARD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of a Fort Edward man after a sex crime investigation. Dominick Torres, 21, is facing multiple charges.
Torres is accused of having sex with a girl younger than 17 years old on October 13. He was taken into custody on Thursday and charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Torres was arraigned at Washington County Centralized Arraignment before being released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear at the Fort Edward Town Court at a later date.
