Glam Maura Higgins shares unseen I’m A Celebrity snaps after reuniting with Pete Wicks
MAURA Higgins has shared a sneak peek behind the scenes from her I’m A Celebrity journey.
In last night’s Coming Out show, Maura, 34, was seen leaving the jungle and heading straight for a skydive.
She then glammed up in a leopard print dress as she reunited with her fellow co-stars for a boozy celebratory bash.
The TV presenter shared a picture of her arriving at the swanky hotel following her exit, wearing her jungle get-up.
She also posted a snap of her emotionally reuniting with a friend and signing autographs on a group photo as souvenirs for fans.
Maura – who conquered the eating Bushtucker Trial with Rev Richard Coles – was then seen tucking into something far more edible in the form of a breakfast bap with hashbrowns.
She was also treated to a customised frosted cream cake with her face on it and a couple of fake spiders on top.
The Love Island star then glammed up for an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine. and This Morning.
Her final snap included her touching down at Heathrow Airport and being greeted by her loved ones.
Strictly star Pete reunited with Maura less 24 hours after she landed back in the UK.
Maura confirmed her romance with Strictly star Pete, 36, during her time in the I’m a Celebrity jungle after months of speculation.
After her exit, she seen asking her pal about his Strictly progress as she says: “Is Pete still in the show?”
She later added: “If you’re missing someone, you’re missing someone and it comes out. And I do, I miss him. Yeah, I really do miss him.”
Pete and Maura were snapped snogging earlier this year and she opened up about the photos during a chat with campmate GK Barry.
She said: “Well we’ve already been papped, tongues down each other’s necks and we had no idea!
“The funniest part was I had a vape in one hand and a cigarette in the other, living my best life.”
On Thursday, Maura and Pete were spotted on their first date since being reunited.
And host Alison Hammond mentioned Pete during a segment on This Morning following Maura’s jungle exit and she said: “It didn’t take it long to ask you that question did it?!
“Do you know what, you forget about the cameras, I do like to keep things private.
“I said I miss him, I do miss him…”
