Witnesses describe moments before 3 dogs fatally attacked their owner

Residents of the Mira Mesa neighborhood in San Diego described the moments three dogs fatally attacked their owner at a San Diego park. Another person was injured trying to help the owner. KNSD’s Jeanette Quezada reports.
