Upcoming IPO: Gujarat-based Mamata Machinery is launching an IPO with a price band of Rs 230-243, aiming to raise Rs 179 crore. The offer, which opens on December 19 and closes on December 23, is a pure offer for sale (OFS) of up to 73.82 lakh shares from promoters and existing shareholders. At the upper price band, the IPO's total value is Rs 179.39 crore.
