Alliance hosts shareholder for winter meeting
The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance hosted more than 500 attendees, including shareholders, channel partners, and industry leaders for its 2024 Alliance Winter Shareholder Meeting last week.
Held at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry in Aventura, Florida, the four-day meeting was the largest gathering to date. It centres around collaboration, knowledge-sharing and recognition. Attendees participated in joint business sessions, mixer events and discussions on key topics such as category management, sales and marketing, information technology, and national accounts.
The event launched Dec.11 with departmental committee meetings focusing on category management, information technology, warehouse operations and sales and marketing. Afternoon sessions covered specialized topics such as national account and certified service center operations, heavy-duty advancements, and store operations roundtables. “We are delighted to celebrate our dedicated channel partners and their continued commitment to the success of the Alliance and our shareholder members,” Washbish said. “Each of these companies has demonstrated excellence in supporting our vision and contributing to the growth and innovation of the industry. We look forward to building on this momentum.”
