Mayor Monday: Hillsboro mayor reflects on 8 years

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- As the year is wrapping up, many of us are reflecting on the past year, and that includes the mayor of Hillsboro.
The Washington County city is one of the largest in the Portland metro area and is home to Oregon's "Silicon Forest" and a vibrant downtown.
AM Extra was joined by Steve Callaway, Hillsboro's mayor, to highlight what is going on in the community and to reflect on eight years in the position.
