Woman's body found in southwest Columbus home
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Columbus police have opened an investigation after a woman's body was found in a home on the city's southwest side Monday.
Columbus homicide detectives are investigating after the body of Kylene A. Young, 39, was found at approximately 1 p.m. when officers went to a home on the 2000 block of Harrisburg Pike for a well-being check.
Columbus fire personnel forced their way into the home, where Young's body was found. Paramedics pronounced her dead at 1:05 p.m.
Columbus police did not say what led to Young's death. There is no further information available at this time.
