Club Statement

The Board of Directors are keen for all supporters to be aware that detailed and frank discussions have been held over the last few days with Management and senior players with regard to the recent disappointing run of form. Those discussions have been both positive and fruitful. The Board have every confidence in the ability of Steve Tully and the players to turn the situation round and get the performances of the team back to where we all wish them to be. It has become clear that the players as a group remain behind the manager and each other in being determined to get things right.  We cannot lose sight though of the fact that that does need to happen over the next few games and that if our expectations are not realised then the issues that have dominated our discussions will need to be revisited.
