Bangladesh's Awami League reports that around 400 of its members have been killed since July, primarily by Islamist groups and Jamaat-e-Islami cadres, often using hacking as a method. The party alleges systematic targeting, property destruction, and mob violence against its members and families following the government's fall in August. Killings reportedly continued even after Sheikh Hasina's departure.
