State Police to shop for toys to donate to Albany Med
LATHAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York State Police is holding its annual Albany Medical Center toy drive on Friday. But before these toys can be donated, they must be bought, so troopers are going to the Walmart in Latham on Wednesday to shop for toys and other necessities.
All donations bought by the staff will be delivered to the children's hospital on Friday. The children can shop for toys while meeting troopers and K9s.
This is the 11th annual toy drive for the State Police. The shopping for the donations will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
