A 22-year-old Indian Air Force Agniveer, Aditya Pal, was arrested in Chandigarh for allegedly deceiving a Dalit woman into a sexual relationship with false marriage promises. He was apprehended by Jansa police from his squadron and subsequently jailed after facing charges including sexual intercourse under false pretenses, intentional insult, criminal intimidation, and violations of the SC/ST Act.
