When a gentleman by the name of Oscar Selig returned from the First World War and set up a community newspaper at Balmain in Sydney called the Link and the Link really serviced the communication requirements and connected the suburbs of the Balmain, Rozelle, Glebe and its surrounding suburbs.In the 1960s Oscar handed over to his son Gordon.
