Chilly air remains in place this morning with temperatures in the middle to upper 30s with a breezy south wind from 10-20 mph. Wind chills are down into the 20s. The south wind is gradually warming us up through the morning hours.
There should be a bigger warm up ahead of our next, stronger cold front. Highs on Thursday should reach the middle 50s with a partly cloudy sky. Wind will turn to the southwest at 10-20mph through the day ahead of the front, which should arrive during the early evening hours.
The cold front that moves through Thursday evening should bring the most noticeable cooling for the week with gusty north breezes and temperatures into the lower 20s by Friday morning. Wind chills will be into the upper 0s and lower 10s for Friday morning and stay rather chilly all day long. Highs struggle back into the lower 30s Friday and near 40° on Saturday.
