Although resorting to a gift bag may be the easiest solution, it takes away the magic of unwrapping the prezzie – but luckily, one savvy woman has come to rescue with an easy hack.
Taking to TikTok, home interior lover, only known as Beatriz, demonstrated how a simple five-step method can make your oddly-shaped gifts look like posh candies – and it’s easier than you’d think.
So, if you have a mug or the viral Stanley water bottle waiting to get wrapped up, you’ve come to the right place.
According to the cleaning enthusiast, the first step is measuring the paper to ensure it will cover the item fully from all sides.
Once done, she shoed in the now-viral clip, fold the festive paper in half, before folding the sides inwards again and cutting the corners diognally.
After this step is completed, the shape of the wrapping paper should already resemble a piece of your favourite Celebrations chocolate.
Open the DIY candy from the bottom and slide the prezzie inside – and complete the process with a stunning ribbon around both sides.
