States will receive interest-free 50-year loans for disaster-related programs, including infrastructure rebuilding and mitigation measures. An additional ₹5,000 crore incentive will encourage urban planning. The Scheme for Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment (SASCI) will provide up to 100% additional funding for eligible states, prioritizing disaster-affected districts and future catastrophe mitigation.
