MUST WATCH: President Trump Takes The Stage in Phoenix, Arizona to Roaring Crowd with EPIC Introduction, Addresses Historic Election Win
President Donald J. Trump, a man who needs no introduction, took the stage at Turning Point Action’s AmFest convention Sunday with an incredible opening introduction that would give you chills.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump’s return to Phoenix marks his first major rally-style speech since the historic November 5 election. It will also likely be Trump’s final major speech before he is Inaugurated on January 20, 2025.
Thousands of supporters lined the streets of downtown Phoenix outside of the Phoenix Convention Center early this morning before sunrise. Many were lined up as early as 1 am local time to see President Trump speak at 10:30 am.
President Trump, introduced by Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action founder Charlie Kirk, took the stage to thunderous applause.
"All of you have worked so hard to get back into the White House in this state. This is the best-performing swing state with a five-and-a-half-point victory," said Kirk.
"We have all 50 states represented here in this grassroots movement of the greatest American comeback in the history of our country. I truly believe that President Trump, throughout these last couple of years, overcoming all these odds is one of the greatest stories ever told, and let's just say, Thank you, God, for giving us Donald Trump and giving our country back," he continued before introducing the 45th and 47th President of the United States.
As Trump prepared to take the stage, a theatrical recap of the last year featured news soundbites showing the evolution of the Trump campaign from being targeted by Biden's corrupt DOJ to attempts on his life to defying all expectations from the left and attempts to steal the election. Trump secured a landmark victory on November 5, 2024, winning all seven swing states, 312 electoral votes, the national popular vote, and both chambers of Congress. Trump will be the second President in history to serve two non-consecutive terms.
WATCH:
President Trump opened his speech by telling the crowd, "I want to wish everybody a very merry Christmas. They don't say that too much anymore. We say it." He further took a victory lap after his landslide victory in all seven swing states, including Arizona, where he won by 187,382 votes. "that was really epic. We won a battle that a lot of people thought was very hard to win," Trump said. "Remember when I said it: Too Big to rig. We make it too big to rig, we're going to win," he added, calling the 2024 election "one of the great political victories in the history of our country."
Watch below:
Trump: Well, hello, Arizona. It's great to be here. Nice to win the election— very nice to win. And I want to wish everybody a very merry Christmas. They don't say that too much anymore. We say it. And when I had all that smoke on the stage, I said, “Hey, are there any steps in front of me? I don't want to go down. I go down, that would not be good. I want to do that nice and slow." But I just want to thank you. What a beautiful production this is; what a great job. The whole group does amazing. Turning Point’s been amazing.
It's really been tremendous numbers of American patriots; it's really been great. You saw what happened last month; we had Turning Point’s grassroots army—it’s an army. They turned out to vote, and they voted in record numbers, and everybody else voted in record numbers, too, I have to tell you. And we did something that was really epic. We won a battle that a lot of people thought was very hard to win. You know, too big to rig. Remember when I said it: Too Big to rig. We make it too big to rig, we're going to win. It really was one of the great political victories in the history of our country. And that's good.
They said, one of the very big radical left newspapers said, the most consequential election in the last 129 years. And I said, couldn't they have made it a bit longer than that? 129 years, but that's pretty good. Oh, it's so nice; we won the popular vote by a lot, by millions and millions. And I used to hear in the first one, we won, and we did great, and they always would say, “While he didn't win the popular vote, he won the electoral college.” You know, they'd say that. But, we actually did very well then, but we did really well the second time, and this time, we said, To hell with it, we've got to just blow 'em away. And that's what we did. We blew 'em away.
So, we won all seven swing states. Remember, they were saying—well, you know, we did very well in early voting, so we didn't have to win too much, because we were way ahead—but they said, well, he only has to win two, but we won all seven. Can you believe it, huh? And we carried the great state of Arizona, something not easy for a Republican to do, but it was easy for us to do, and we had more than a six point landslide. That's called the landslide here. And not only did we reclaim the White House, we also took back the US Senate, and we won the largest popular vote majority for House Republicans in a presidential year since 1928. That's a pretty good thing. And I want to express by tremendous gratitude to Charlie Kirk; he's really an amazing guy.
