Crews battle apartment fire in Brooklyn: FDNY
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (PIX11) -- A fire broke out at an apartment building in Bedford-Stuyvesant Sunday evening, according to the FDNY.
The fire was reported around 7:07 p.m. at 400 Tompkins Avenue.
Crews located a fire on the fourth floor. Operations to get the fire under control are ongoing.
A video submitted by a resident nearby shows smoke and flames rising from what appears to be the roof of the building.
