The Delhi High Court permitted electronic service of the Enforcement Directorate's plea against a trial court order in the 2021-22 excise policy money laundering case to 35 accused, saving approximately Rs 3 lakh in printing costs. The court's decision allows the ED to serve the 1,500-page document electronically to both the accused and their counsel.
