Nuneaton and Bedworth has revealed it has secured the final court go-ahead for its travellers injunction. It brings to an end the legal battle Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has been locked in a legal battle ever since 2021 after its injunction, alongside others launched by other local authorities, was challenged in court.
