TOPEKA (KSNT) - A 38-year-old man was arrested on Monday after allegedly setting fire to a smoke shop in downtown Topeka, according to the Topeka Fire Department (TFD).
Topeka firefighters were called just after 3:30 a.m. to the 500 block of Southwest Sixth Street for reports of a fire. Firefighters arriving at the scene found smoke and fire coming from the business. Fire crews doused the flames and prevented them from spreading to nearby structures.
