Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a two-day visit to Kuwait, received the highest civilian award, 'The Order of Mubarak the Great,' from the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah, on Sunday.
