Dawson’s Creek fans are only just realising hit show’s huge Christmas blunder – did you spot it?
DAWSON Creek fans have been left unimpressed after spotting a huge blunder in a festive episode.
Dawson and Joey lovers have been re-watching the Noughties classic and were shocked to see how snow was created.
In one scene Pacey is stomping over some snow covered grass, but it is in fact just a white blanket.
Sharing the hilarious clip, TikTok user 90skid4lyfe wrote: “Dawson’s Creek really had no budget for snow”.
Others rushed to comment on it, with one person commenting: “Damn I ain’t even notice that.”
A second said: “I have never noticed this until now. The show was so good I ain’t even care.”
Many pointed out that HD TVs didn’t exist back then, so we probably didn’t notice.
“It def looked real bc our tvs were small and nothing was as clear as it is now,” added a third.
Dawson’s Creek ran for five years until 2003 and followed the lives of a group of best friends who were students at Capeside High School.
The show starred James Van Der Beek, Joshua Jackson, Michelle Williams and Katie Holmes.
Earlier this year fans were devastated to learn one of its biggest stars James has cancer.
The father-of-six, 47, who played Dawson Leery in the drama, confirmed to People Magazine that he has been getting treatment and kept his battle private.
While admitting the journey had “been quite the initiation” in an emotional Instagram post, including a video (below), he added there was “reason for optimism” and he is “feeling good”.
James has colorectal cancer – which develops in the tissues of the colon or rectum, affecting the large intestine and digestive system – and used his platform to spread awareness.
He wrote: “Each year, approximately 2 billion people around the world receive this diagnosis. And I’m one of them. There’s no playbook for how announce these things.”
