The Ministry of Consumer Affairs has partnered with Gupshup to launch Jagriti, a web-based AI virtual assistant, simplifying the filing and tracking of consumer complaints. Consumers can authenticate with their mobile number to file a complaint in under a minute, part of the NCH 2.0 initiative to enhance grievance redressal.
