What's wrong with U.S retail chains? After Big Lots and Party City, now the Container Store files for bankruptcy

Latest reports are again suggesting that there is something severely wrong with the US retail chains as following the same path like Big Lots and Party City, recently Container Store has also filed for bankruptcy.
