Outgoing Odisha Governor Raghubar Das visited the Jagannath temple in Puri before his departure. He mentioned that the BJP would decide his future role. Das had a memorable experience in Odisha. Hari Babu Kambhampati, the current Governor of Mizoram, has been appointed the new Governor of Odisha. President Droupadi Murmu accepted Das's resignation.
