Karnataka Milk Federation has introduced a new idli-dosa batter mixed with 5 per cent whey protein. The product aims to provide a healthier option for urban residents with busy lifestyles. Available in 450g and 900g packs, the batter is being sold at milk parlours in Bengaluru. Expansion to other cities will be considered based on demand.
