India's defence exports hit a record Rs 21,083 crore in FY2023-24, a 32.5% increase from last year. The private sector and Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs) significantly contributed. With indigenous production also at its highest, the Defence Ministry is confident about meeting future export targets.
