As our thoughts turn to what lies ahead for 2025, it’s time to take a beat and reflect on the year that was and, in my world at least, what we ate. 2024 got off to a relatively slow start concerning new restaurant openings – I’ll admit there were times mid-year when I wondered if I’d have enough entries to fill a year-end column – but things certainly picked up in the fourth quarter.
