Trader Joe's Just Dropped a Brand New Dip That's Getting Rave Reviews From Shoppers

Sparkly outfits, fireworks, and champagne get all the credit on New Year’s Eve, but everyone knows you can’t celebrate the beginning of the New Year without really good snacks. How else are we expected to stay up until midnight?! While you probably already have your favorite apps and snacks ready to go for tomorrow night, you might want to make room in the lineup for Trader Joe’s new dip. The retailer just dropped an unusual dip flavor and shoppers love it!

“Stop everything,” Instagram user Natasha Rochelle (@traderjoeslist) said in a new video on Instagram. “I just found something at Trader Joe’s that you need try.” The item in question? Ceasar salad dip! It sounds a little strange, and my immediate thought is wondering how they could make Caesar salad into a dip that’s more than just Caesar dressing. And on second thought, why? But apparently, it’s absolutely delicious.

Rochelle shared a video of herself trying the dip, revealing that “it’s already got me hooked.” The dip, which she described as looking “like chunky Caesar dressing” and “one-hundred percent tastes like Caesar dressing.” So if you are a fan of this type of salad, you’re probably going to like it.

“It has that garlicky, lit bit of anchovy taste,” she continued, adding, “This is what you put out when you make a veggie tray for the holidays.”

“I didn’t think this would be so delicious! I was honestly pretty skeptical at first,” Rochelle wrote in the caption, adding that the dip is just $3.69. “This creamy dip is packed with Caesar-inspired goodness — sour cream, mayo, anchovy paste, Parmesan, and even finely shredded Romaine lettuce for that crisp, fresh bite.”

“Whether you’re enjoying it with chips, crackers, or crostini, this dip is perfect for game day, cocktail parties, or anytime snacking. If you’re a Caesar fan, this dip is a must-try. ????” Rochelle added.

She’s not the only one who thinks so. “Did I almost eat the whole thing last night? Yes, yes I did. ????” one person commented. Someone else said, “I had it with tortilla chips last night, it’s really good! ????????” “I’ve been eating so much celery ever since I found this dip. It’s so good!” another wrote.

Others shared suggestions. “I loved it in a wrap!” one person said. Another suggested, “Eat the dip with a pasta.” “I put it on a turkey avocado bagel w pesto on top 10/10,” someone else shared. Another person explained, “I spread it on top of their brioche toasts…which are a lot like croutons, so it felt even more like a Caesar salad. Very good!”

We definitely want to try it those ways now, too.
