He's going to be a good player, but he's not up to the standard needed atm. Loan players need to come in and improve the squad, we can't play him as a work in progress when he won't be our player come the end of the season.

He's clearly got a lot of talent and I'd imagine he'll feature at a higher level in his career but if we're playing players with potential to develop, I'd rather the game time went to Yokoyama and Leonard - although as other posters have said it doesn't seem like Davies trusts the former.
