Shenendehowa holds off Niskayuna to stay unbeaten
CLIFTON PARK, NY (NEWS10) -- The Shenendehowa boys basketball team entered Monday night 4-0. They looked to stay unbeaten against Niskayuna, ranked seventh in the state in Class AA, at home.
After a slow start in the first quarter, The Plainsmen rallied to hold off Niskayuna 58-45 to improve to 5-0 on the season. Begad Ibrahim led the way for Shen with 16 points. Jacob Stewart, 14 points, and Ethen Rudd, 13 points, were also in double figures. Niskayuna's Daniel Smalls led all scorers with 22 points in the loss.
