VA Hero Of The Week: Caitlin Clark Named 2024 Athlete Of The Year

Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark was named 2024 Athlete of the Year by Time Magazine after her historic first season in the WNBA, making her our VA Hero of the Week!

In her first season with the Fever, Clark won WNBA Rookie of the Year, set a rookie record for most 3-pointers in a single season, scored the most points in WNBA history for a rookie, and recorded the most assists in a single season by any player in league history.

After running the court at Iowa, Clark is evolving the game as we know it in the pro scene and should be breaking many more WNBA records for years to come.
