2025 Golden State Valkyries Schedule
After drafting their players, the Valkyries announced their schedule
The Golden State Valkyries are finally ready to play. A year after it was announced that they would join the WNBA in 2025, the Valkyries have assembled their front office, coaching staff, and roster. This month, they announced their schedule.
The Valkyries, led by Monique Billings, Temi Fagbenle, Kayla Thornton, and Veronica Burton, as well as head coach Natalie Nakase, will host 22 home games at Chase Center this summer.

Their inaugural season will kick off versus the Los Angeles Sparks on May 16th at Chase Center. They will host the Seattle Storm, Minnesota Lynx, and Las Vegas Aces (former team of sophomore Kate Martin) as a part of the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup.

In other words, you can be a Valkyries fan ‘before it was cool,’ because we know they will be dominating the W within a few years. We’re excited to see them get to work, especially as the front office has built up such a fantastic roster and coaching staff.
