Multiple people dead, dozens injured in New Orleans 'vehicle attack'
AUSTIN (KXAN) — Ten people are dead and more than 30 were injured after a truck plowed through barricades on Bourbon and Iberville Streets in New Orleans on New Year's Day, officials said.
