Smartworks has leased 470,000 sq ft office space in Gurugram's DLF City-V as part of its expansion. The company has a super built-up area of 9.12 million sq ft across 45 centers in 13 cities and plans an IPO soon, approved by Sebi, with proceeds used for loan repayment and corporate purposes.
