At the end of last year, the duo appeared to be taking swipes at each other online, while Formz then posted a cryptic message and called girlfriends “overrated.”
Now his new rap, posted on his account FormzOfficial, states he heard “not a word or sound” from Paige – who has since moved on with a sports star – after their split.
He added: “It’s cool one day we both know it’s meant to be so no need for the panic, we’ll make it you’ll see
He sung how the month of May was his “recovery” before sticking in the knife as he revealed: “Wrote a couple of songs, until we speak again and everything went wrong.
“While I’m talking to the moon hoping that she’s talking back, she’s moving on already living with another man.
“Heart shattered, need a silver lining, I guess I was right.”
Formz’s tune took a more positive turn after he said he used songwriting to heal his “pain” before he recalled performing at various gigs and festivals, as well as his best-performing music.
In his caption, he wrote: “Dear January 2024 me, it’s been a bumpy ride, but we made it brother,” followed by a blue love heart Emoji icon.
Fans were quick to appreciate the candid nature of his lyrics on heartache, with one writing: “Don’t worry you will be okay.”
Another put: “Legend keep it up,” as a third noted: “Inspirational Formz.”
BITTER SPLIT
Paige and Formz are said to have made things official over a swanky dinner at The Shard following a trip to Barcelona in 2023.
Yet after their split, Formz made a stark remark on Instagram and wrote: “Girlfriends are overrated. All they make you do is pay for fuel and feed them constantly.
Love Island All Stars 2025 rumours
Love Island All Stars will be back for its second series in 2025 - and rumours are already rife as to who will be making a comeback this time around.
After the second All Stars series was announced in May, show boss Mike Spender said: “Lots of people have been in contact about it, lots of fun people, from series one onwards.
“We cast it because we knew what was going on behind the scenes of who was getting with who and now even more stories have come out.
“I think we will now save ex-islanders for All Stars.”
One rumoured name for the next series is data engineer Harry Baker.
Harry, 25, arrived in the villa as a bombshell in Series 11. He soon ‘stole’ Grace Jackson after making his debut.
Arriving late in the run, he only lasted for a few days before being dumped alongside Lola Deloca.
Despite the hunk’s brief stint, viewers have called for Harry’s return.
One upset fan wrote: “Get you in All Stars next”, to which Harry cryptically replied by posting ‘shrugging’ emojis.
“I said what I said. Stay woke.”
Previously, it was revealed that Paige was in talks for Love Island spin-off show, Love Island All Stars.
At the time a source said: “Paige was a brilliant Islander, feisty and fiery in all the right measure and has remained popular on the outside despite a tricky run with a few bad boys.
“She’s a Love Island legend with tons of fans so really deserves a place in the All Stars villa – it’s a great chance for her to show the public how far she has come.”
Just three days ago, Paige added further speculation in a social media upload.
On snapchat, the former reality TV personality replied to a comment from a fan where she teased a potential appearance.
Her follower wrote: “Can’t wait to see you on Love Island!!”
She posted a revealing reply back where she appeared to be relaxing by a luxury pool in a skimpy lilac bikini with tiny shorts.
Paige wrote: “I am in need of some sunshine tbf,” alongside a palm tree emoji and a yellow heart.
The latter symbol could match the infamous gold coloured heart emoji in the title sequence of Love Island.
This news comes after we revealed that Paige was secretly dating a hunky South African rugby player.
Love Island announced in May 2024 that they will be back for a second All Stars series.
The exact start date for the reality series – which will air later this month – has since come to light.
Molly Smith and Tom Clare were announced as the first All Star’s winners by host Maya Jama last January.
