One photo featured her and Kate‘s fingers laced together showing what looks like engagement rings on their fingers.
Chloe and Kate have actually been linked since all the way back in 2018. Chloe publicly came out back in early November while endorsing Kamala Harris for President.
So far, neither Chloe nor Kate have officially confirmed if they are engaged. Congrats to the couple – if the news is true!
